Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. Finally, we talked about sleep. We need to sleep every night. We become tired and stressed if we don't get enough rest.
